Client Responsibilities

Limitation of Liability

PreBirdie acts as an intermediary between clients and service providers. Our liability is limited as follows:

• Personal injury or property damage is not covered by our services
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for services
• We strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance

PreBirdie shall not be liable for any failure to perform due to unforeseen circumstances or causes beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to: acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, labor disputes, governmental actions, or pandemic-related restrictions.
